Chimeby listens.
Your words, in the communities you pick, checked every 15 minutes. It reads listings and matches the words itself, so it is never searching on your behalf.
It reads what it heard.
Every thread gets a number out of 100 for whether the person is actually looking to buy, with the sentence that says why.
It writes you a reply.
Two versions, in your voice, answering the question first and naming an alternative to yours. The top three are written before you sit down.
You edit it and post it yourself.
From your own account, in your own words. Chimeby copies the reply and opens the thread. You paste it and send it.
It checks whether it survived.
Chimeby looks again later and tells you whether the reply is still up, and what to do when it is not.
The promises
What Chimeby will never do
Short list, plainly said, and each one is a thing the code refuses rather than a thing we intend.
Never post for you.
There is no button in Chimeby that publishes a reply. You copy the draft, Chimeby opens the thread, and you paste it and send it from your own account.
Never own or rent accounts.
Chimeby has no accounts of its own to lend you. It will not work with bought, aged or shared ones, and the terms say so.
Never run an automatic posting mode.
Not as a setting, not as a paid tier, not as a thing you could ask for. It does not exist in the code and it is not on the way.
Never add a tracking link to a Reddit reply.
No shortened addresses and nothing tacked on the end of yours. A link is the fastest way to have a reply removed, so links are off unless you turn them on, and even then they are rationed.

Before Chimeby will let you copy a reply it runs 25 rules over your account, the community and the draft. When one of them is in the way, the reason takes the button's label. Change the switches and watch it happen.

The awkward one first
Will this get my account banned?
Nobody can promise you it will not, and anybody who does is selling you something. Here is what is actually true.
Chimeby holds you inside the number Reddit itself publishes: no more than one reply in ten in a community should be about your own product. It caps you at eight assisted replies a day, makes you wait seven days before naming your product in the same community again, keeps one day a week quiet, and refuses to draft anything for a community whose rules forbid it. Those caps lower the risk. They are not permission, and no moderator has agreed to them.
Every reply is written by you. Chimeby produces a first version, you have to change it before it will let you copy it, and you post it from your own account in your own words. Chimeby has never had the ability to post, because it does not ask for it.
Does Chimeby post for me?
No, and there is no setting that makes it. It copies the reply and opens the thread. The pasting and the sending are yours. There is no automatic mode in the code, in the pricing, or as something you could pay to unlock.
Why does Reddit listening say coming soon?
Reddit requires approval before an app may read its data, and the form that used to hand out credentials no longer does. Confirmed by hand on 16 September 2026. Chimeby's requests are filed and nothing is running against Reddit until one is granted.
Hacker News works today, and so does pasting a thread in yourself, which needs no permission from anybody.
Can I raise the caps on a bigger plan?
No. The caps are identical on Free, Founder and Team, and there is nothing to buy that moves them. Plans are priced on reach: how many things you sell, how many words, how many communities, how many accounts. A plan priced per reply would push you to answer threads you should leave alone, which is the one thing this product exists to stop.
What happens to the threads you read?
Other people's posts and comments are deleted 47 hours after Chimeby first sees them, which matches Reddit's own guidance. If a platform tells Chimeby something was deleted, it goes at once. None of that text ever reaches an email, a report or a log.
What if Reddit turns Chimeby off?
If Reddit access is lost for more than 72 hours in a row, every paid subscription pauses on its own, unused time is credited, and a pro rata refund is yours on request. Hacker News and pasted threads keep working while that happens.
